Beer Crab Dip
This is a great dip for a hot summer day. Enjoy it with your
favorite brew.
Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese
½ cup light beer
1 lb of lump crabmeat, drained
2 green onions, finely chopped
½ tablespoon of parsley
¼ tsp of garlic powder
¼ tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp of Cayenne Pepper
Preparation:
Combine softened cream cheese with beer. Add crabmeat, onions, parsley, garlic
powder, Worcestershire Sauce, cayenne pepper and lemon juice and mix with a
spoon. Chill and serve.
