Recipes made with Beer

MUSTARD SAUCE

Great when served hot with hot dogs, bratwurst, or sausage.
 

2 Tbs cornstarch
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 bottle beer
1 Tbs vinegar

Combine cornstarch, sugar, dry mustard, and salt in a saucepan. Stir in beer and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve hot.
