ENGLISH PUB MUSTARD

2 Cups dry mustard
1 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
12 oz flat beer

Combine mustard, brown sugar, salt and turmeric in processor or blender and mix well. With machine running, add beer in slow steady stream and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping frequently to scrape sides of work bowl. Store in refrigerator.

Makes about 2 cups.
Great with sausage and cold cuts.
